“Delightful property perfectly located a couple minutes walk to "downtown" Eastport where you can see a gorgeous sunrise. We were lucky enough to see the Aurora Borealis one night...hopefully picture below is visible Very nicely appointed home, very clean, roomy, comfortable beds, parking and getting in/out a breeze. Kitchen had everything you might need to cook, make coffee, etc.. Communication with owners clear and easy but we had absolutely no issues. Our first time in Eastport and we loved……

“PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT. Excellent lakefront property. Hoise is well loved and cared for. Very clean. Plenty of outdoor area to run around. The penisula is a great spot for morning sunrises and catching some photos of loons. Many kayaks to enjoy time on the lake, laumch right fromt the beach. Plenty of indoor activities as well. The owners thought of everything when preparing the home for vacationers. There was not one time cooking that we didnt have what we needed. Kitchen is well stocked……

“We spent three nights at Cozy Capen Cottage and it was such a pleasure! This little house is conveniently located close to downtown—a 3-minute drive or, perhaps, a 10-minute walk. The cottage was absolutely immaculate. All supplies are provided, with an abundance of soft towels and washcloths in the bathroom; a Keurig coffeemaker, KitchenAid mixer, blender, and all the knives and kitchen utensils one could possibly hope for in the kitchen; and lucious, white 100% cotton sheets and pillowcases……
