“The hotel is really nice of the environment and the service. The therapist of SPA were very good, we did enjoy the massage very much. However although we made a reservation for the restaurant, it seemed the staffs didn’t realize we visited it and send a mail to us on the next day for missing our arrival. The shower in the room was really weak, it didn’t come out any water during the mid night which was bit terrible.”

“We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. “The hotel staff is nice and helpful but the facilities of hotel is terrible. Room is old and dirty. We even need to change to another room becoz the water keep draining out from bowl. However the air conditioner is not cold at all. I can just say it is cool but not cold. They came and checked it. They said it is normal. I am quite disappointed. ”
