“We really enjoyed staying at the Alma. We had a beautiful room that looked out at the port. Our balcony was wonderful. The room was light and modern with conveniences. The rooftop bar and restaurant was a space that showed off all of Viejo San Juan. The downstairs restaurants brought their own excellent food choices. We had a great experience. ”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“The property itself was beautiful and in such a great location! We were walking distance from everything. The agency was very responsive to all of our needs. Only downside is we did not have any hot water during our entire stay. We were told to let the water run for 15-20 mins but even then the water was still cold. Also the door to enter the unit needed to be pulled and jiggled in order for it to unlock so we struggled getting in. Otherwise the property was great and if this problems were fixed……

“A very old building with a lot of character. Requires some renovations but still Okay. The location is just great.”

“The staff here are amazing and the property is beautiful. The only thing is we didn’t get turn down service the entire time and the AC unit blows right on the beds. It made it a struggle to sleep at night. They should rearrange the rooms a little to conform with the AC units. I would probably stay here again but I would get a car”

“ROSA by DW was absolutely perfect! I loved the location and the studio was set up beautifully. The decor was well thought out and peaceful. My favorite part was the outdoor shower, it was a dream!! I highly recommend staying there and will hopefully be back! ”
