“Great location for the Ayr Festival that we were attending. The room was perfect for an overnight stay. We basically used the room to sleep in, so we never used any of the facilities or the restaurant.

"No toilet paper and other amenities refill, been talked to the staff a few times and get ignored about bath tub stopper no one come and check or fix and unable to help us change the room. The hotel charged twice and still cannot get a refund… bad experience ever! "
