“good stay”

“Gorgeous property. Spent two nights for a little break, staff were fabulous and lovely quiet setting but a 25/30 min walk into town which was fine - lots of taxis. Only 10/15 mins to the beach. Breakfast was amazing too. Will definitely be back!!”

“This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. “Brig-O-Doon is a beautiful place to stay. The staff was everything a hotel staff should be. Looking forward to returning.”

“Really lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I can't remember if there were smaller rooms but as a single occupant my for what I paid the room was definitely worth it, great value. It's about a 20 or so min walk from Kilmarnock station so not far from town centre. The area around the hotel is a small stadium and mainly residential. Only bit of constructive feedack I would give is the nespresso coffee machine in my room while there is a manual in the drawer maybe……
