“We enjoyed our stay at woodland bay very much”

“The hotel does not look very appealing from the outside (barely recognisable as a hotel) and the lack of reception and breakfast in your room is a bit odd. That said, my room was as per the photos, airy, clean and comfortable. The manager was helpful and the breakfast in the room was perfectly fine. It was all ok for me for a few nights on a work trip, but not what I would call a leisure hotel. ”

“Wonderfull stay in a excellently converted former stable building behing the main house. Perfectly clean and cozy. Best for a solo traveler or couple used to a smaller room. Free parking in the courtyard and just a few minute walk to center of town. Owner was very friendly and offered travel tips.”

“All the staff were very efficient and worked hard. Our room was spacious and bed was comfortable although seemed a bit short. Breakfast was good and waiting staff very professional. Our bathroom could have done with some attention as two of the floor tiles were cracked . Also the sink drain seemed to need cleaning as very slow to drain and gunge came up . ”
