“This is the gold standard for B&Bs. Mark and Jeni are wonderful hosts and the house is nicely decorated and furnished. The breakfast was delicious, and we had so many choices! We would recommend this B&B to anyone staying near St. Andrews. There are stairs to the rooms, as is the case in most B&Bs and hotels in Scotland, so since we had a car, we pack a small weekend bag, so we don't have to carry heavy suitcases up and down. Thank you Mark and Jeni for a wonderful stay!”

“Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally.”

“There is no air con and the window cannot be opened. There is no curtain near the bath tub. No staff come to clean up after 11 am. Breakfast which costs 12.5 pounds but very few choices . Small hotel not quite the same as in the advertisement. ”
