“Excellent location and close to everything! Staff was outstanding. I arrived at 6 am with the understanding that check in was not until 3 pm so they took my luggage and I waited for the next shift to come in. Surprisingly, I was in a room by 8:50 am with a free upgrade! The bed was sooo comfortable I napped before exploring the city! You are steps from the cathedral! The rooms were very modern with a historic charm! I highly recommend! ”

“Beautiful hotel with a welcoming and friendly service. Air conditioned rooms that are tastefully designed with comfortable spacious beds. The continental style breakfast was perfect and met the needs of our stay of 5 nights. The location is ideal for exploring the city of Palma as well as the beautiful beaches within the area (Platja d'Illetes, Playa de Illetes & Cala Major). “This hotel was perfect, would highly recommend! The location was quiet yet a short walking distance to the city centre. The hotel was clean, the check in process was smooth and the bedroom was spotless, stylish and incredibly comfortable. The staff were very friendly. “This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I’ve ever had! The staff were wonderful. The room was so nice and the bathroom products were very luxe. The breakfast was great and had a menu you could order from in addition to the buffet. It’s a convenient walk to the Palma Cathedral and the restaurants/shopping in Palma as well, but the location itself is very quiet and peaceful.
