“Overall, I think this is a good value for the price. The property is well-maintained, but I do wish the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, received a bit more attention in terms of upkeep.”

“This property is nice, but the pool was small pool and the sun chairs had no umbrellas. It was shaded however you had to move your chair often due to the sun/shade depending on time of day. But overall, it was a good experience. Rooms were nice and clean but noisy hallways.”

“I got a very good offer to stay at the Royal Shaza suites and I am very happy to have chosen to stay here. The reception staff especially Emmanuel were very welcoming and helpful. I requested an early check in and early check out which were all accommodated for. The room was clean, spacious & quiet. I felt very safe at the property. The staff are very helpful and polite. I requested a very early breakfast for a few days which was accommodated for with no problem by the restaurant. Thanks to……

“Awesome stay.the house was well-equipped . Has air conditioned bedrooms with full mosquito nets around the beds, on demand heated showers etc. Hotel-like amenities but a Home-like environment. Clean well kept pool. The highlight of our stay was the food. You can get 3 meals/day cooked per your liking for a fee which is a big steal compared to eating out. My family enjoyed all the meals Martha made. The mahamri with ukwaju sauce, pilau, fish, viazi karai etc. I would go back just for the food.……

“This hotel is very simple and pleasant. The staff is amazing friendly and accommodating, always available to help. The beach is nice and very safe. The pool is always clean, the rooms are spotless and there are mostly Kenyans staying there so it doesn’t have a “touristy” feel. I highly recommend it!”
