“I feel I was misled by the photos. We were in a different building than what I thought from the main photos. The building is in need of repairs. We experienced, wifi outage - including a message when we tried to connect that the account was suspended for non payment. We were without water for an afternoon, the ac in the bedroom was not working. “This resort was the most Magical and Peaceful place I've ever stayed. The staff deserves a raise because of how attentive and nice they were. The breakfast was so delicious and there was endless options to choose from. I enjoyed my stay so much I didn't want to leave the property. The only suggestion I would have is to offer dessert on their menu. But I would recommend Tombo House to anyway who wants to enjoy nature and wants to get away from the boring ambience of chain hotels.”

“I got a very good offer to stay at the Royal Shaza suites and I am very happy to have chosen to stay here. The reception staff especially Emmanuel were very welcoming and helpful.
