“The hotel is located in a vineyard with astonishing view. Food is great. My friend and I sit outside and were able to enjoy the food with fantastic view in the sunset. You will be able to see San Gimignano from here. However, the staff in the reception are not very friendly. The shower is so weak that I can barely enjoy my shower.”

“Beautiful property. We did horseback riding which was a highlight and the cooking class was fantastic. The pool was relaxing and beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable- literally felt like home!! We would go there again for sure. Incredibly relaxing experience.”

“房間整潔舒適, 可惜當日入住時酒店不提供冷暖氣, 此酒店有一大事項我覺得有須要改善, 就是接待處的職員常常都不見人, 而且wifi非常不濟, 房間是收不到的, 一定要到reception才可收到...但酒店附近的環境非常好, 十分適合我這個城市人, 因為我都是第一次行入葡萄園走走....但如果要去此酒店一定要自駕遊, 因為都幾偏僻 ; 餐飲就冇乜選擇, 晚餐只有A餐和B餐, 但幾好食...整體對此酒店都幾滿意”

“A beautiful old castle that has been completely refurbished/modernized on the inside, sitting on a beautiful property with nearby forests, vineyards, and olive groves. After the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence, the serenity here was perfection. We stayed in the 'deluxe double room' which was absolutely fantastic. We arranged a vespa rental and rode through the countryside to the nearby Castellina in Chianti and cute hilltop town and took a wonderful cooking class at Taverna……

“多年旅行經驗中,令我最深刻的一次的體驗! 不是好! 而是差! 早在3月時, 已經在HOTELS.COM訂了這家古堡酒店, 因為在網絡看到介紹覺得這古堡很漂亮, 最吸引我是古堡入面其中一間獨位小屋, 我們可以說是為了這間小屋而來的, 當我們懷者興奮的心情到達古堡準備CHECK IN時, 一位服務員帶我們去看看入住的地方, 我們才發現那根本不是我們訂的小屋, 而是一座比較大的建築內入面三間雙人房! 完全不是我們所訂的屋, 那我們便跟服務員說是不是攪錯了? 服務員一開始就非常肯定的說沒有攪錯, 要我們再出示HOTELS.COM的確認信,才走回辦公室查看,等了一會,再出來回覆又說是可能是系統問題,攪錯了訂房,我們當然不妥協! 我們要的獨立小屋跟這三間房簡直是兩碼子的事, 獨立屋有廚房,大煮食爐頭,焗爐等等,我們在市內已經買了豐富食材準備晚餐及明天的早餐,現在只有的是其中一間房入面有一個櫃內的一組小型煮食爐,還有一個爐是用不到的! 景觀更加不用比較了,獨立屋是面向大草原,景觀很美. 比這三間房間相差太遠了! 於是我們再請服務員給回正確的房間給我們.……

“This was an absolute highlight of our trip. The castle is beautiful and incredibly well kept. The proprietor visited our table one morning, at the beautiful breakfast they offered, and gave us some fantastic history of the property and the upgrades she has made to the castle and the grounds. Nothing short of excellent!”

“A nice stay, but at the price point I was expecting that little more. Lovely room, nice food and friendly staff. Swimming pool had a maintenance issue so was unheated for the three days/ 2 nights of our stay. The heated pool was the main reason I chose this villa rather than other properties in the area. The artist residence programme sounded like a great idea but was fully booked the first day and sadly the person due to do the workshop was ill the second day and their workshop was……

“We had such a nice stay and only wish it had been longer! Enrico & Simona were excellent hosts and we loved the cooking class they did for us and our 3 college students who learned to make pasta for the first time. The views are spectacular and it’s a perfect location for trips to the many surrounding towns and wineries. We’d love to come back in the summer and stay longer!”
