“Cute, traditional St. Louis style home. We had a family member with us who had just had hip surgery, and we were unaware of the amount of stairs there were, but he managed to slowly navigate up and down safely. The rooms were sufficient for what we needed. We brought a queen size air mattress for the kids and were able to put it in the sunroom off of the bedrooms without much trouble. Overall, a cute home next to a nice park and within a short distance of family friendly activities. ”

“We had a total of 10 people with 3 adults and 7 children ages 2-10. The owner was super helpful with recommendations of local places to visit. The house was laid out great for us to spread out sleeping, or hang out all together downstairs. The only ding I give this place is the back door was finicky if you needed to unlock it from the outside to come in and there were a ton of berries dropping from the tree out back making it difficult to park on the parking pad and enter through the back……

“It is homey and spacious however the homey part was a bit too homey. Too many personal items giving the vibe that you are staying in a home that’s very much lived in by the owners. Clothes stored visibly under the bed. We found two different unidentifiable pills laying about on a window ledge and on a book shelf. The upstairs bedrooms were hot and stuffy with just a window unit in the hallway and a couple of fans available. Beds are uncomfortable. The patio area didn’t feel available since the……

“As previously mentioned, the layout is definitely a bit different but nothing that was a deal breaker. We only stayed one night and my family was definitely comfortable ”

“Property was great for our family. Fully stocked kitchen, very clean, great yard. Kods loved the basement and games. Very homey. We were able to go to the arch and the zoo. Drive was about 30-40 mins. Can't wait to stay again and explore more! Grocery store is less than 5 mins away.”

“The hosts were very responsive. The property was neat and clean, off street parking was great. While not a luxury stay, it was exactly what we were looking for and a bargain at the price. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely look to see if this property is available the next time we are in St. Louis.”

“We were in town for graduation. I had question prior to coming. Host was quick to respond. We had zero issues during our stay. In reading previous review, I agree keypad in back would have been convenient - along with more lighting. In addition, we did find the tub is slippery. Pictures were accurate - larger common space than I anticipated. The beds were okay. One harder, one softer, one just right. The neighborhood was fine. St. Louis is a large city. “Was super surprised just how nice this house was. It was tastefully decorated with many antiques and live plants which gave it a very homey feel. The whole house has been updated and the kitchen was generously furnished. The roku TV offered our favorite channels. Possibly, the only negative is it's location is in the middle of nowhere on a 2-lane dirt road. But, even that had positives. The countryside was beautiful and there was a restuarant/green house/party store just a mile down the road.……

“I can't say enough about this property and our hosts! Our expectations were exceeded! We used the pack the pantry service, so when we arrived all our food/drinks were put away. It was an easy drive to everywhere on the island. Robbie was quick to answer any question we had during our stay. It was so fun to see so many old movies and cd's that we had to utilize them everyday to expose our kids to the good stuff.
