“We stayed three nights at this location and were grateful to have a "home base" to work out of as we toured St. Louis. We were close to everything we wanted to experience and had easy access to the highways. The house is older, so it has older home qualities, but it is well cared for, modernly decorated, and has most of the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was minimal, but she responded to each inquiry. I highly recommend this house for your St. Louis vacation. ”

“For the price it was great! The neighborhood was awesome to get to know. It was safe and clean. You will have neighbors above and beside you which can be noisy. This shotgun style duplex didn’t have much open congregating space for all 6 of us, but plenty of bedroom space, all queen size beds.”

“The home is in a really cool part of town called the Hill. The house is old school brown stone, with original wood and stained glass. It was clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. I will make an effort to stay again when I’m in town. ”

“The house was very clean, comfortable and modern, and had plenty of space for the four of us. The location is excellent – it's centrally located, very safe, and a short walk to Tower Grove Park, which has pleasant walking trails, pickleball/tennis courts, and a large farmers market on Saturdays. I had a question for the manager, and it was answered quickly via the messaging feature on the VRBO app. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.”

“My family enjoyed the home. It was clean and spacious and located in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. There were TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and the living room. Plenty of space for my husband and I and our 4 adult children. ”

“Check in process was easy. He tried to get me in sooner than the normal check in time, even though i asked a few hours before normal time. It all worked out. House is just as nice as pictures. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again if ever in the area again.”

“The house was clean and in a nice location. Distance to the stadium was good, just expect some highway traffic on game day. The only issue was how hot it was and you couldn’t control the thermostat. Not sure if the a/c was working. Made it uncomfortable especially at night. I would recommend this property. ”

“Cute, traditional St. Louis style home. We had a family member with us who had just had hip surgery, and we were unaware of the amount of stairs there were, but he managed to slowly navigate up and down safely. The rooms were sufficient for what we needed. We brought a queen size air mattress for the kids and were able to put it in the sunroom off of the bedrooms without much trouble. Overall, a cute home next to a nice park and within a short distance of family friendly activities. ”

“We had a total of 10 people with 3 adults and 7 children ages 2-10. The owner was super helpful with recommendations of local places to visit. The house was laid out great for us to spread out sleeping, or hang out all together downstairs. The only ding I give this place is the back door was finicky if you needed to unlock it from the outside to come in and there were a ton of berries dropping from the tree out back making it difficult to park on the parking pad and enter through the back……

“This property was perfect for what my parents and I needed to enjoy our stay in St. Louis. It was a quaint little home to come back to and enjoy each others company after our busy days of venturing out and about. The amenities that were included were great, the beds were so comfortable and the location was ideal, close to just about anything you to see. Dan was phenomenal to communicate and work with as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for just a cozy little spot to relax and……

“Property was great for our family. Fully stocked kitchen, very clean, great yard. Kods loved the basement and games. Very homey. We were able to go to the arch and the zoo. Drive was about 30-40 mins. Can't wait to stay again and explore more! Grocery store is less than 5 mins away.”
