“Wonderful house and very close to the town of Chatham, the lighthouse, fish pier and beaches. ”

“This house was the perfect home base for a few days on the Cape. We like to do lots of day trips and this house was centrally located to all parts of Cape Cod. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and my teens loved taking out the kayaks and paddle boards. Frequent communication with the host was great! Only downside for us was that the outdoor shower was not running. We understand it is the off season but that would have been nice to know ahead of time. It did not deter from our experience……

“The hosts are lovely and left us some suggestions for our visit since it was our first time on the cape. Everything they suggested was a hit with the family. The house was easy to find and clean. Great stop for a quick trip. ”

“My friends/family and I had an awesome stay at Scott place! Right on the water, gorgeous views, and responsive host. We didn’t have enough towels when we got there and Scott had the cleaners bring them over first thing in the morning. Will look to stay here in the warmer weather in the future!”

“Location was very convenient to all the beaches and hiking! 4 stars for the location and price compared to other options, but be aware that the amenities are pretty basic. The house was adequately sized for our family of four but teens found the beds very small. (Room w 2 twins is clearly geared towards littles, w kitschy Tinkerbell lamps.) As others mentioned, bathroom repairs are needed (instead of fixing the running toilet, they just removed the flusher entirely, plus we noted a few other……
