“From the start, the staff went above and beyond. Before my stay, I had some issues with my credit card, but they were very communicative and worked with me to get everything sorted out. During my stay, they made sure I had the room I wanted with a beautiful beach view. Their customer service is top-notch! I would definitely come back.

“The hotel is in a good location. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and it is within walking distance. The hotel has two swimming pools and a jacuzzi. Friendly staff. There is a good barbecue area. There is no restaurant, but each room has a small kitchen, we had breakfast in the room and it was very convenient. I recommend this hotel.”
“I stayed here in 1992 and enjoyed my stay then, so I wanted to stay there again. Of course, it's since been upgraded and renovated. The check-in was easy and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when someone parked in our assigned spot (a great perk-assigned handicap spot next to our room). Our one-bedroom suite was well-equipped and quiet, even though we were ajacent to the main road and the indoor pool. The Mid Cape location was ideal. ”
“This was our second summer staying at Steven’s cottage. Everything was perfect, from check in process to proximity to beach, amenities (grill, pool, comfortable beds and communal space). It is a great location and the beach is lovely, not too crowded and the great for walking. We’re already booked for 2026!”

“Our party of 6 truly enjoyed our stay here. The pictures of this place don't do it justice. Our favorite amenities on the property were the outdoor shower experience, the fire pit in the backyard for our s'mores night and the comfortable decor that was intentionally placed in each room of the home. The only downside was the staircase in the home is pretty steep, narrow and the steps are short in length. “My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the July 4th week. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor. The one bedroom’s have a living room / kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The kitchen area includes a large dining table, an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the kitchen plates, bowls, utensils. The one bedroom’s also included two full bathrooms. And a balcony off the family room and one off of the bedroom.

“This is a lovely property for a family beach vacation! The property has a wonderful view of the ocean, easy access to a beach, and is close to many great restaurants and things to do. Our host was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I would highly recommend. ”
"AVOID THIS HOTEL
One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this.
When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
