“Great hotel, perfect for quick access into Gatwick, especially North terminal. Hotel clean and very nice. Staff very welcoming. The room was great but the lighting was very dull, making makeup and anything you need to organise in the cases tricky. The mattress was far too soft that you just rolled into the middle, offering no support sadly. It would have been nice to biscuits in the room also. Just a welcoming gesture.”

“Staff at the desk was very helpful and polite, the property itself is quite nice, although be did say it's under renovation but was still really good, furniture currently a bit outdated but still nice for it's age, also very close to the airport. Would definitely come again.”

“The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.”

“Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.”

“The staff were very friendly and the room was beautiful but it was on the same level and overlooked the beer garden, so I think that this could be a problem in the summer. It also had an interconnecting door, which meant I could hear my noisy neighbours very clearly!”
