“Really nice welcome at check in. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff and service in the bar, casual dining and at breakfast were all good. Lovely food in the casual dining area. “Overall my partner and I had a lovely stay! My only issue was checking in and out. Upon checking in the garden rooms check in was closed, it stated on the door to go to main reception to check in - which was no issue. The only hitch was there was a wedding party getting photos at reception so we couldn’t check in as we didn’t want to be in the way. We then phoned reception and they stated that they would send someone down to the garden room’s reception…we waited for 30 mins and no one showed. So……
