We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check……

“Room was very clean tidy and well supplied, staff were all excellent, all meals were hot and tasty and at a reasonable cost. Only down side was the noise from drunken smokers just outside our room window as we were trying to sleep would recommend you avoid room 241 for this reason, otherwise it was an excellent experience.”

They wanted to give their thanks to the personal who were really attentive and helpful with everything. “I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”

Service is misleading, we were told that our check out was at noon however we were urged to leave as soon as 11am came by, asking to charge us for overstaying in the hotel. Our belongings were held at the lobby as well because of this, and the staff were reluctant to return our belongings. Extremely disappointed at the service and conditions of the hotel, will not recommend it to anyone."
