“Staff is good”

“The views across the bay from our room were terrific, the food was good, room was spotless and comfortable, ensuite modern. What really made our stay though was the friendliness and helpfulness of the hard working staff.”

“Property itself inside was clean and tidy - this property is obviously a work in progress and would love and visit again in say 6 months to see how far things have progressed.. rooms themselves are immaculate and definitely underpriced.. do need to look at the entry system for the property as front was not working and the back was erratic.. overall though was very impressed at the facilites on offer and location is superb..”

“Brilliant hotel, unfortunately the food let it down. We had an evening meal wigh over cooked mixed grill and cold and the breakfast came cold. Definitely not worth eating here. Which is a huge shame as the hotel rooms are fantastic.”

“Stayed here a couple of times and there is a lovely vibe. The rooms are an absolute electric mix of modern and antiques, beds are comfy and there is plenty of space. All rooms are very different so if you want a bath or shower in particular, make sure you check the details. Food in the pub is amazing, staff are very welcoming and the chef accommodated my dietary request without hesitation.”

“Room was massive lots off tean and coffees supplies , bed was super comfy staff were friendly.and welcoming. Extra cost for dogs not on website , but very dog friendly ”

“Stayed for a large family birthday celebration. Allocated private room for the event. Staff very friendly, country side location with large grounds. Overall food was very good (evening meal and breakfast) A great time was had by all.”

“Myself and other family members had the great pleasure of staying at Eshott Hall for a couple of nights. While the occasion was a sad one due to a family bereavement, every single member of staff made the pain less, professional and sensitive service, attention to detail and an empathetic attitude, simply superb. We stayed in the Grange and it was lovely, the food was excellent and the setting impressive. Highly recommend, we will definitely stay again. ”
