“Happily surprised a newer build hotel ( and not one built for weddings and events) having a restaurant and conference rooms. Real food is always a plus since sometimes you don’t want the hassle of going out. Entire hotel is super clean, quiet and comfortable. Love the decor and the way the rooms are set up. HUGE shower. Very very clean. I travel a lot, in a hotel at least 2-4 nights a month, and stayed at every price point…very impressed with this property. ”

“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. “When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred.
