However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. “Schönes grosszügiges Zimmer. Stimmig eingerichtet. Im Badezimmer hatte es noch Haare vom Vorgänger und im Gebäude hat es auf den Treppenstufen zum Teil viel Staub und Haare. Beim Frühstück ist der Juice leider nur ein Pulvergemisch (Geschmacksrichtung unbekannt). Im Badezimmer war in der Badewanne war der Abfluss verstopft und das zum Regulieren des Abflusses war kaputt und fiel beim Duschen runter. Kaputtes reparieren Mehr Sauberkeit (Staub und Haare) Bisschen mehr in das Frühstück……

“The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. I asked if I could change the tv, the lady with long hair said, they have no mechanic or electrician, I mean How hard to……
