“Very close to Stanford, a great efficiency studio with the basic amenities and a spare monitor which made working online a breeze. Irene is a pleasure to work with as a host.”

“I was only there for one evening. I wanted to be close to the Oakland airport for my Monday mid morning flight to avoid traffic. It’s a perfect place for that. No need to get on the freeway and just a short 4-5 mile drive down the hill. Very pretty area too. Oh and the water pressure for the shower was awesome and heats up quick. Thank you again for a very convenient and peaceful stay! I will stay again when in the area. ”

“Cory was great and easily available for questions. Location is great and easy to find places to eat that were close by. We walked to a lovely wine bar that was attached to a restaurant with delicious Italian food. Also walked to Philz’s coffee for a morning boost. Nice stay with my daughters. ”

“This property was in a lovely and safe neighborhood, and offered a peaceful and private experience. The only drawback was that it does not have air conditioning, so if the temps are high, the cottage does get quite warm during the day but then cools off very nicely at night. The extra bonus is that there's a small private patio area dedicated just to the cottage. A wonderful plus!”

“This is a great property if you have a dog with its private yard and grass area. It’s also VERY close to downtown. Negatives…dead ants, tree sheds sticky leaves that stick to everything. I would rent again!”

“Enjoyed staying here. We thought the location was good and my daughter loved the bed. The kitchen was fine. The hot water supply could maybe be improved a touch, but it was adequate. Overall excellent. ”
