“The bed was very, very low to the floor, not quite like a mattress on a floor, but very close. Thia made it challenging aa heck to get in and out of bed. This was sold as a bed and breakfast and so our expectations were thar we woild have a reasonable breakfast. What we got was a small basket left in our room that had a muffin, an apple and several sugar-bssed snacks. This was not close enough to being a breakfast, in our opinion. The sounds from the room above us were easily heard in our room……

“Beautiful property! Recent overnight stay to attend a wedding. Appreciated the early checkin to get dressed. Purchased a bottle of wine for later that evening, very reasonably priced. Enjoyed relaxing in the various sitting rooms while admiring the beautiful antique furniture and artwork. A very welcoming space! Very comfy bed. And a delicious full breakfast the next morning prior to checkout. Would highly recommend!”

“What a great stay at the Burgundy Dream B&B! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It is in the perfect location being right by the water but still only 10 mins from the airport and 20 mins from downtown! Sam and Kazue are so fun and we appreciated their company… they made it feel like home! Would recommend to anyone travelling to Halifax. ”
