“I was surprised how nice it was for the cost! The room was perfect, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was kind and always available. Pool was clean, hot tub was out of order but c’est la vie. Super close to shops and walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go! Highly recommend, would stay again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Windsor and this hotel was close to everything we needed. The front desk staff were great and having a pool was a nice amenity, our only complaint was the hot tub and how dirty it was. I’ve never seen a hot tub that cloudy and filthy before. ”

“This was our first opportunity to stay here. We based it on the recent reviews and found them to be accurate in most aspects. The premise has recently been renovated and is quite comfortable with standard room features. We only utizied the full size fridge as there as NO dishes supplied even though it has a microwave. It could use a toaster too. Cleaning up a couple of dishes after our stay isn't a huge stretch on the staff..... Check in was easy. Gordon very courtious. Bed was very comfortable……
