“Great stay”

“This property in Rothesay was great for our two families.The upstairs was like a private suite for my daughter, son in law and their two children. The hot tub was lovely to have.Our hosts Alia and Chuck were very helpful. They provided a sleeping cot and a high chair for our daughter's baby.We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighbourhood was private and close to water.”

“It's a beautiful location. The property is very large. It would accommodate a family very easily and comfortably. Very beautiful property. The only drawback was the lake. It was an extremely dry summer this year in Nova Scotia. The lake area accessible from the property was approximately 4" deep. I was told, when I enquired about the property, that you could swim in the lake. Obviously weather conditions are beyond the owners control. But, renters should be informed of a change in the properties……

“Unfortunately upon arriving at the property I immediately realized that this was not the place for us. The property was not clean and some of the linens even had holes! It made me realize that I need to pay more attention when booking and be more skeptical. We unfortunately paid for an accommodation that we didn't use as we left and grabbed a last minute hotel for our time in Halifax! ”
