“The apartment was perfect for our family of six for our stay in NY. The subway was nearby and plenty of places to grab coffee and bagels in the morning. The host was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer……

“Great neighborhood. Has an easy walk to the corner store that has great bagel sandwiches. Walk to the subway line clear, making travel around NYC simple. It is summer and place has air-conditioning but only in the main area with no fans so stuffy in the bedrooms - if you have travel fans, bring it.Heads up, they changed the siding and it is light grey, no longer yellow.Also, something I forgot to look up before hand, no iron or steamer.”

“Clean space, prime location, safe area, and comfy bed and bathroom. 9.5/10. The 1/2 star off is only because of the AC - it randomly makes weird and loud noises which woke us up and scared us quite a bit. ”

“We had a fabulous time exploring NYC. This little apartment was in the perfect location, a few blocks from Grand Central station which made taking the subway anywhere a breeze. The apartment was great, perfect for 2 people. We had a little mixup about keys but it was a minor snag. The apt isn’t high end but it has everything you need, it was quiet and in a great location”
