“Was a nice, clean, and affordable two bedroom upstairs apartment in a duplex looking building, in a regular working class neighborhood. Definitely not handicap accessible but perfect for small Families. It seemed like the shower had a water softener and hot water never ran out. Street parking and had lots of air conditioners for the Summer so you won't roast. Said they had a blow dryer but couldn't find it. I had a great stay, Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. ”

“We went to Cleveland to see Eric clapton concert at the Arena. Just staying Thursday night. Not a fan of boring typical hotel rooms. Found this place w a terrace which made the decision. Modern apt. large living area with combo kitchen area. Fridge, (great for restaurant leftovers) toaster,coffee maker,snacks, coffee, dishes etc. Bedroom is upstairs in a loft w walk in closet storage. Extra blankets, iron and board, full length mirror. Separate bathroom in loft. ( if you have trouble w stairs……

“The unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. I tend to be a little on the picky side, I don't require "fancy" but cleanliness and comfort are paramount and the Boathouse provided us with both. The host was quick to answer any questions and was very friendly and welcoming via messages. I will say that if anyone has mobility issues, there is some walking involved..just an fyi. There's construction currently at the front of the building and……

“I booked this apartment for my wedding weekend for the girls to get ready and then for us to stay at that night. The property lists both free off site and free on site parking. This is not true. Unfortunately, that was one of the main reasons I chose the property as I was having hair, makeup and photographer coming to the location. I reached out to confirm the parking a couple days beflre when my check-in information didnt provide any parking info. There were a couple back and forth messages.……

“Super clean property with very comfortable beds! The location was also super close to many things to do which was nice as well. Plenty of room and the check in process was super simple. Host was quick and responsive to anything that we needed. It also was a rather quiet stay too without too much noise from the streets or other people in the building. “This place was gorgeous! The photos honestly don’t do it justice…it was even better in person. Super clean, bright, and spacious, with such a comfortable vibe.The location was perfect…close to so many great restaurants, bars, and an easy walk to central downtown. We didn’t need the car at all!Check-in was a breeze, and anytime I had a question, I got a quick and helpful response. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Thank you for an awesome stay…we’re already talking about coming back!”

I love how they have kept the original look in the halls, etc during the conversion to the condos. The condo itself is nice and well maintained.”
