“I thought that our room was not cleaned well at all. There were hairs in the bathroom and debris on the floor throughout the room. There was no soap for the bathroom sink, no extra toilet paper, and no regular coffee packets in the kitchenette area. I would still consider staying here again because of the convenient location, but I would look around for other options first.”

“It was close to where our sons tournament was, but we were given keys to a room that had ladders and maintenance equipment strung about. The front desk clerk apologized & made it right by quickly assigning us another room, but that one wasn't very clean, the deadbolt was broken, & a number of lamps did not work. ”
