“Be aware since I didn't see it listed anywhere that this is a VALET only parking hotel. There is no regular parking. This does make it tough when you're on a time constraint BUT that being said the hotel was nice, the staff was great. ”

“This is the place that I usually stay each and every time I have to go to CLE to drop off my friend at the airport. The past two times unfortunately the satellite TV has not worked, which is very frustrating because I like to watch TV and my shows on Tuesday night and Wednesday night while I’m doing my work Getting my music together for my next DJ event. “When we arrived the manager that night was ready for us at the front desk and was absolutely lovely and also had all of our information and room cards and details ready. She was also so kind and professional. I believe her name was Bernadette. Not sure of her name but she was wonderful. Our stay room was great too!”
