“As Arnold said, "I'll be back". For me it was the perfect cozy Kayaker's cottage with its fenced in yard and quiet neighborhood. The morning's rooster crow came free of charge. It's a short drive to Baywood for water access and restaurants and a few miles further to Morro Bay's mooring.”

“Location, location, location! Neil's place is located near everything! You can walk to the bay, restaurants and a coffee shop.
