“This house has a large, private back yard complete with an outside wood burning stove, three different types of BBQ and both wood New England type chairs and acomfortable couch, chairs and ottoman set. It is close to multiple beach andmountain trails”

“The property was exactly as described. It was so homey, comfortable and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The multiple yards were super great so that my husband and I and teenage boys could hang out in separate areas if we wanted adult time. The kitchen was supplied with everything you could possibly need from condiments to coffee to Tupperware and even Ziploc bags. Thank you so much for an incredible few days away from home. It was our easiest and best trip in a long time.……

“We had a wonderful stay despite cooler than expected temperatures. The beds are very comfortable as is the sofa and the house is cozy. Our host was on top of everything and quick to communicate back with me. She worked hard to resolve a problem with the dishwasher. The view from the deck and the hot tub is really special and we loved walking down to the nearby Boardwalk and spending a lot of time at Montana De Oro - one of our favorite spots.”
