“Perfectly setup and located beach condo at Pacific Beach. Listing was as described, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. I would happily stay here again.”

“The location was perfect and the views were spectacular. The house is perfect for several couples or a larger family. Very nice open living area facing the water and nice patio below. We would definitely return. One comment: One of the five bedrooms is very small and I would say not really comfortable for more than one person. On the other hand, another bedroom is huge and could easily sleep 4 as advertised. ”

“Property had the perfect location just right off the main road you could see the ocean and was easy to get in and out plenty of room jacuzzi is very nice the one thing that impressed me was how they had just about everything you could think of that you might need and then some very well stocked very nice little small courtesies in each bathroom with toiletries and things that you typically wouldn't see in a rental and the check-in process was great they met us on site. “We had the most amazing time at this home. Our family does get togethers once a year and this was the perfect location for this year's get together. The home was very clean and organized. All the kids had a Blast in the big backyard with a view to a dog park :)Hunter was VERY accommodating even after we arrived early and left later due to our flights changing schedule. Will be coming back the next time we decide to stay in San Diego as we felt at home away from our home.”

“The house is exactly what you think it is. A beach house getaway big enough to host all your friends and family. The location is second to none and the accordion doors openning the house to the backyard and front yard gave it the beach house feel you were looking for. The manager was very responsive and even had a maintenance person come out within an hour to fix issues we had. Would definitely come back ”

“My fiancé and I absolutely loved this place. Everything was clean and nice! The hosts labeled each drawer of items and even had one with party supplies! There was coffee, honey, tea, and so many other complementary items! Additionally, there was a patio to hang out at and cute lights with it. The only thing we noticed was a flight of stairs that definitely wouldn’t fit older adults like seniors. We would definitely come back again, the price was amazing too!! ”
