“我預訂了含早餐的訂房，但退房時看明細還是多收了早餐費。 一樓房間非常沒有隱私，窗戶外就是用餐區，酒吧開到非常晚，外面一直有其他的住戶在使用， 等於我花錢買了沒有窗戶的房間！像住在監獄一樣。 房間的浴室很滑，連住兩天備品也沒沒有補，肥皂，咖啡，還有最扯的是沒有乳液了，也沒有補充。 ”
