“停车方便，离沙滩很近，步行去沙滩5分钟。”

“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……

“Staff very courteous and accommodating, rooms were very clean. Good location. Everything we needed for an overnight stay in Santa Cruz. Walking distance to the KP Arena and downtown bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Not a fancy place but if you want a nice clean convenient place to stay near the Boardwalk and isn’t $300 a night then this is it. ”

“There were a lot of sketchy people around the hotel. Parking is really tight. Right across the street from the boardwalk. ”
