“We started our day at Twin lakes beach. After a long day at the beach we checked into the Charming Bungalow. It was about 20 minutes away from the beach we selected but that was ok we had plenty of beach time while we waited for check in. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable a great place to wash up and relax before heading out for a walk to the boardwalk. While I didn’t use the kitchen appliances, everything was available if needed. We chose to drive into Capitola for dinner. Would definitely……

“The house was clean and well appointed. Great neighborhood and location. The only issue I had was parking my car in the garage. I really had to maneuver my midsized SUV into the spot. Getting out was just as tricky. I probably will not rent this place again. I don’t remember any size limit being mentioned for the parking. ”

“Great location and great house. Spotless clean. Great communication with the owners. Really appreciate it and will definitely try to stay here again when we are back in town. Highly recommend. ”

“Sean and Wendy are wonderful hosts. They are friendly and had good communication with us. Their home worked great for our staff planning retreat of 8 (6 adults and 2 children). The home is well cared for, plenty of space, comfortable beds and a nicely supplied kitchen. We appreciated the larger dining room table and family room that fit us all. Oh, and bonus - the sunsets were amazing! ”

“This was the most incredible property ever. The views were unbelievable and the amenities were endless. The location could not be more idyllic. The house was fully equipped with everything we could’ve needed. The decor was tasteful and immaculate. We had such a lovely stay here and I would stay again in a heartbeat! I highly highly recommend it. ”
