“I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!”

“Perfect for our large group (7 adults)! Comfortable beds, with varying sizes of rooms. Spacious living room and kitchen, which was also well equipped for cooking in. Hot tub was enjoyable and already turned on for our arrival. Nice location with easy parking. The host company sends an initial text a few days before check-in. They were very responsive to questions sent to that number. Cell signal was spotty, but Wi-Fi helps mitigate that for iPhone users. ”

“We've stayed in at least 8 or 9 places in the Santa Cruz area, and this might have been our favorite. It's spacious and well-furnished. The hot tub is excellent. Plenty of room for a family with two teenagers and a small dog. Easy 10-min walk to Capitola Village, 10 mins the other way to Verve and a bunch of surf shops, 14-min drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Hosts were easily reachable via text. Would definitely consider staying here again.”
