“Perfect location, great pool, comfy!”

“First off the beds are phenomenal! We loved the back area including the dipping pool. Landscapers/pool cleaners came each day to ensure area was tidy and pool was cleaned of leaves etc. We also enjoyed the washer and dryer in unit. Parking was plenty but we had to move our car each night for street sweeps. The owner was very responsive and area was safe. (About 2 blocks the area is a little sketchy.) Overall, it was walkable to most destinations in the historic district.(about a mile or so) ”

“The property was beautiful and simply decorated. The living area was roomy and comfortable. Just a suggestion that the couch is getting close to being replaced. There were cracks in the leather. The kichen was fully equipped and met all our needs. The bedrooms were comfortable. The back patio was a nice place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The neighborhood was friendly and within walking distance of stores and restaurants.”

“This property is a perfect getaway location for a stay in Savannah. Located on the eastern side of the Historic District, it's an easy walk to the city's restaurants, squares and parks, historic house museums, and the riverfront. The cottage is perfect for two, and can accommodate two more in a second bedroom furnished with twin beds. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there's even a small screened-in porch and outdoor patio. Communication with Cindy, the owner, went flawlessly and she was prompt……

“Rented both sides of the home for SCAD graduation weekend. Beds were super comfortable, location was fantastic, and having the pools to cool off after long days of walking put this property over the top!I will stay here again…for sure!”

“Stayed here in May for a girl's trip (3 of us). Great location, short walking distance to the grocery store and Forsyth Park. It is about a mile to walk to the main area of town.The house is a bit quirky but fit our needs. The front bedroom is quite large and has a king bed. The living area had a couch and two chairs (one turned into a twin size pull out- and I have to say it was comfy- and this is coming from a 49yr old, not a kid). There is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen.
