“Manager was super helpful during a quick turnaround stay so we could get to the airport. Shuttle service to the aiport is awesome -- you're at your airline drop off in 15 mins, signing up for the shuttle takes less than 30 seconds at the front desk, and the driver is a super sweet gentleman. Online check in ahead of time made checking in at the front desk a breeze. Room was clean and ready to go, housekeeping left a cute note too. There's not an uptight, bougie feel to the hotel, but the staff……

“The room was luxurious relevant to the price paid for the room. Beautiful ample, fluffy pillows, quality linens, and a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and roomy, and I loved the amenity of a soaker tub. There was a Keurig machine in room to make coffee in the morning. “Clean. Good breakfast. The employees even check the temperature to make sure it’s heated properly. Beds were not comfortable; not supportive. My hips hurt all night. Great pillows. I thought it was weird that there was a bill under my door in the morning even though I paid well in advance. They tried to hand me the same thing before we left. Pool and hot tub were great. The beds are the biggest thing for us when we stay somewhere; we probably won’t be staying here again. ”

“Felt safe while within property but wow is the surrounding area rough. There’s an old Residence Inn (?) next door that looks like it’s been converted to homeless housing. Every night we saw emergency vehicles there and groups of people loitering. Tons of trash everywhere in that direction but the security staff kept the hotel area clear. ”
