“I love this hotel. It’s my go to when I come to Dallas. Not too far from downtown but far enough. It’s next to a steakhouse and many convenience stores. It’s quiet and safe enough for a morning jog and not to mention the indoor pool and hot tub are never crowded. Definitely staying again soon!”

“The property interior decor was modern and beautiful. The home was neat and clean. Very appealing to the eye. However, I was greatly disappointed of the outside. There was absolutely no curb appeal both front and back. The grass needed to be cut. The walkways needed to be swept down for cobwebs in the backyard. Absolutely no landscaping. The listing invited me to a barbecue grill. I refused to open the back door afraid of the cobwebs and not knowing what was lining back there. My granddaughter……

“House was clean, kind of. I'd say it was more tidy than clean. There seemed to be a lot of personal belongings around. The cabinets and drawers are labeled as to what should be inside, but most were either empty or mislabeled. The garage door was open when we went outside the morning of checking out, and none of us opened it, so maybe maintenance or cleaners showed up early, but why? Our vehicles were in the driveway still. Nice neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to do. Beds were cozy.”

“This was such a great stay! We did not know what to expect upon arrival and this was definitely fantastic. This stay is polar opposite from our last visit to Dallas. We will be staying at The Warwick every time we visit Dallas now. Great spacious hallways, great views from the room, and what a gorgeous pool. Thank you all at The Warwick for giving us a fantastic stay. ”
