“The apartment was perfect for one person. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The deck was great for getting some sun and making phone calls. “If I could give this place more stars I would. The host is wonderful and very accommodating. She was also very kind when I lost her key card. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is clean and very comfortable. I would stay again next time we are in Dallas. Highly recommend this apartment. Great communication from the host. ”

“The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience.”
