With a baby gate we were able the keep our 17 month old in the little bedroom across from the master bedroom on the top floor which was also fully carpeted helping with little kid tumbles. “We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The house is about a five minute ride from the T station and about a 20min ride into the city. There are spots for two cars at the house but it's very narrow. My minivan fit but we had to be mindful when opening the passenger door. A larger van would have trouble.The house is very close to the tracks for the T.
