“The place is very cute, Brandon was wonderful accommodating us with all our questions and even allowed us to check in early. Unit has 3 air conditioning units inside the cabin. Only 1 of these units were able to cool down the center room. The other 2 units slightly blew cold air but not enough to make a difference. We followed the a/c instructions in the booklet, but couldn’t get the tiny home to cool down. It was 85 at night inside while we slept. At 11:30 at night we ran out and purchased fans……

“My significant other and I needed a little getaway for one on one time and R&R and this place was perfect.The cabin was quaint and cozy. Had everything we needed. The outdoor area was perfect. We got a good breeze, loved the balcony option for extra sun and view. We made good use of the dock and the swing overlooking the lake. We didnt use the kayaks or canoe, but loved they were an option. I can see us going back again. Really great price for the amenities and experience!”

“My family adored our stay on this lovely, serene property. We spent a lot of time at the creek. My kids loved being able to pet the goats and see the chickens. It was very peaceful and restful. We made a fire in the fire pit each night and told stories. It was easy to cook on the little cook stove. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. Very thoughtfully set up cabin. The hostess is always available if needed. We loved it. ”

“The cabin itself is very nice. Walk to the lake is more like 15 minutes rather than the 3 that’s advertised but not a huge deal. The opening at the lake at the end of the trail is very small, and heavily brushed in so you can’t see much of the lake. The beds in the cabin were pretty bad, with the advertised pull out couch not having an actual pull out mattress on it, but rather a 3” foam mattress topper instead. “Was not super impressed. The property seemed run down and then listing was not accurate- there showed to be a bait shop, and ability to fish off the back porch which was not accessible due to “construction” The AC did not cool very well, and most of the lights inside our cabin didn’t work so we sat in the dark. We came in town for a family members graduation and wanted somewhere to stay for a vacation feel and not just a hotel. I can say the host communicated well, and attempted to come fix some……
