“Danna was an amazing host and her Cozy Cottage on Beech Mountain was a much needed get-away. She was very communicative and clear on all check-in/out instructions. Highly recommend!!”

“Not fancy, but nice enough. Appliances are old, but work. Parking was our only issue. Not sure where three cars can fit, as the ad says. 4-wheel drive vehicle is a must to get out the main entrance. We only had 2-wheel drive vehicles and had to go out the longer back way every time we left. Road gets plowed after snow, but no salt or dirt added, so still pretty slippery. It was too cold to use any of the outdoor amenities, but it was warm and cozy inside.”

“Great home base for a ski trip to Beech. The split units made it easy for everyone to sleep comfortably. The younger kids enjoyed the backyard when they had enough of the slopes. Had some issues with the fireplace but nothing major and I’m sure is a quick and easy fix. ”

“The property was beautiful. It’s light, airy, has huge windows and we were able to see both a bear with her two cubs and deer from the property. The hot tub was very clean and nice and if ever in the area in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We loved it. ”

“Very nice home that is well appointed. Be prepared for about 20 stair steps to get to the main level. The view from the deck is outstanding. Not a rental for the faint hearted driver. It is up (straight up) the mountain 5 miles from Banner Elk. If you are a member of the Beech Mountain Club and use their facilities including golf, you are very close (under 2 mi). I would recommend for big parties as long as renters are aware of the drive up and use all the amenities (hot tub, sauna, pool……
