“I will start with the fact I am a property manager in another city and I know not everything will always be perfect. The good: Cute cottage close to everything The neighbor feeds the deer so they are always around Spacious The glow of the ski slopes was really cool at night The bad: Smoke - the chimney likely needs to be cleaned. A few logs would cause the entire place to fill with smoke. We were excited to use the fireplace but it wasn't usable. Everything we brought had to be washed.……

“It was a wonderful place to stay. There were 4 adults,2 86 and 89 yrs old. The first floor rooms were great for them. My cousin and I (67 and 62 ) had the loft and basement which were so great for us. The stairs up and down are very narrow with railings but a bit much for older people. It is what you see, a great venue for sure. On a positive note, I would suggest a few more kitchen towels and maybe a small hand person tool kit. Beds are awesome....”

“This is a beautiful cabin, nestled in Beech Mountain adjacent to ski slopes. The view was beautiful, the accommodations were very pleasant. We had a great stay. Our host was very responsive to our needs. Many thanks for letting us stay in this property. ”

“I think it’s important to note that the roads are unpaved. We drove a small sports car and had difficulty on the last 2 miles heading in. It would also be great if there were solar motion activated lights at the driveway/walkway to the door. Overall, the house was cute and the outdoor spaces were great! There was no coffee for the coffee maker, the glassware assortment was strange and there were no wine or pint glasses, and the master bedroom comforter looked dirty. I think there is more good……

“Our family has skied for many years and I had always wanted to star in a "round" chalet ski cabin. This one fulfilled ALL my expectations! It was tastefully decorated with all things "mountain cabin" related. Comfortable furniture in the den and very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. All the linens carried out the "mountain cabin" theme also. The location was excellent. It was listed as ski in/ski out, which it truly was. We had just a small glitch with this. There……

“I definitely recommend this property. It is very conveniently located, with a short drive, walk, or ski to the bottom of the lifts. The place is clean, and it was easy to check in and out. It is truly ski in / out, and it was great for our young children to take breaks between ski school and lessons.”

“The house is exactly as described. 3 bedrooms all with king size beds. 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Hot tub was great and easy to get to. The beds were comfy. Plenty of seating in thr kitchen and livingroom. We will definitely come back another time.”

We were there for a bike race, and walking out the back door to the very short walk to the finish line on the slopes was perfect!The house was cozy, beds were comfy, and the big windows in the living room were amazing! The owners were very easy to communicate with.My only advise would be to add barstools to the high bar so you can sit and talk to people in the kitchen.”
