“The room I was in was adequate, there was a microwave a kettle and a mini fridge. You have to be careful when you boil the kettle because it sets the alarm off if you're careful. The shower worked between hot and red hot and the shower head holder was broken. ”

“Unhabitable!! Some of the issues we reported! Mould in the bathroom, stains on the bedroom floors, existing damage to the kitchen worktops, signs & symptoms (gurgling) of kitchen sink becoming blocked, patch repairs on the walls and tv remote control missing its back plate and batteries. Shower tray was allowing water to escape resulting in puddles of water on the floor after each person showers and therefore becoming a slip hazard. Shower head leaking and water temperature fluctuating……
