“We booked this property because it was very affordable and the location couldn’t be better—it was just minutes from the cycling event we attended. Piper’s Coffee was a two-minute walk away, and the neighbor in the duplex was very kind. The beds were soft and comfortable, which was nice after a long day.That said, there are areas that need improvement. “The Rockhouse was perfect for my family. Franklin was a great host, explained the processes thoroughly and even left gift bags for my children. Snacks were provided which was an added bonus. I was very surprised to find laundry pods and dryer sheets available for use in the laundry room. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next adventure to St. Louis. ”

“This home was beautiful, clean and filled with everything we could need! Along with the important basics of comfortable beds and and kitchen essentials, the little touches like a stocked coffee corner, specialty toiletries in the bathrooms, and layered bedding made our stay extra special. Street parking was tight on Friday night, but we were able to find spaces within the block, and were grateful to know the back alley was available if we needed it.
