Lounge area with TV and kitchen area with kettle and toaster. Plus fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge.
Small dining table and chairs. No cooking facilities but great if you want a takeaway.”
“The room was very nice it had a comfy bed hair drier fan kettle tea and coffee a microwave iron and ironing board the shower was ok and nice clean fluffy white towels as I was on my own I felt safe staying there the owner was very nice and friendly I've also stayed at the quayside hotel prefer this one over that ”
“Such a beautiful river side hotel with a lovely little court yard as well as a bar, restaurant and coffee shop . Great choice of comfy seating either inside or on the out door terrace by the side of the river in a lovely setting with a view of the beautiful church which unfortunately wasnt open.We had breakfast and dinner which were excellent and reasonably priced too. “Was good place to stay for night on business no complaints but i had to call when i arrived has had no details sent through beforehand about how to get into the property but was sorted straight away.”
“The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen.
Bed was very comfortable.
I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property:
Put a towel in the kitchen.
You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English. ”
“Especially clean, staff were nice and professional, thankfully they had two fans in the cupboard as the room we were in was sweltering but it was one of the hottest days of the year so far didn’t have breakfast but it looked liked a good spread (Continental). The restaurant was busy on check in which says a lot about the food which is supposed to be brilliant so will deffo try next time.
Bed wasn’t the comfiest but all in all would recommend the hotel and would be happy to take the family back……
“Clean room, looks newly refurbished, comfortable bed, air con was fantastic during a heatwave. Friendly staff, quick check in, good breakfast. Best hotel room out of a few I've tried in this area. Despite being above a pub was very quiet.”
