“Great views, great location and incredibly well trained and friendly personnel , both on the front desk, valet and restaurant. Room is super charming and well appointed. On the negative, although the room heater was off the residual heat coming from it did not allow me to shut off the AC which was not a big deal since it was quiet but still Also perhaps a bit pricey, it should include breakfast for that cost.”

It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. “Probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The gentleman at the front desk gave great local recommendations and made a personal connection as we were both heading to Bar Harbor the next day. Breakfast was reasonably priced especially for having smoked salmon on the buffet to go on my bagel and even had capers. Staff at the restaurant was also great. ”

So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
