“absolutely LOVED this place, and now that we've seen how difficult it is to find parking in newport, we're thankful we picked a place with parking! innkeeper tonie is an absolute gem, super approachable and helpful, provided great local info and recommendations. the room was perfect and very comfortable, and my favorite perk was having coffee available in the lobby 24/7 via a keurig with pods and a mini fridge for creamer. for me, this is a huge plus. we only stayed one night, and breakfast……

“This above garage apartment was delightful. It was very clean, comfortable and roomy. There are two sets of stairs -one to level with large kitchen and living area and one to the level with two bedrooms and bath. The stairs are equipped with stairway chairs and they were very useful in getting the suitcase up. There is a grocery at the end of the street. It's a nice area to walk or run. There are so many things to do in Newport you will enjoy exploring. ”
