“Family and friendly”

“I was visiting Austin to help with some family stuff. The location was great for us and very comfortable. Two king beds meant my sister and I didnt fight over who got the big bed. Beautiful wooded area out back complete with deer one evening. Very close to a HEB for groceries and all the stuff in the kitchen for coffee and cooking. Anything that came up was quickly addressed by the owner. ”

“Very cute house in a centrally located neighborhood. The kitchen was large and the sitting areas were comfy. The bed and bedding was very comfortable; great pillows!”

“The neighborhood is centrally located and the property is well equipped. I like the neighborhood, which was great for walking our dog. Great coffee shops and cafes nearby.”

“Pet-friendly is a plus for us. Host was very kind and attentive. Notified us of our trailer tire being low. Was allowed us to use his water hose to flush our jet ski and give it a quick clean.”

“The place is great, especially the big screened in porch. If it's too cold (I guess it actually does happen in Austin) to eat on the porch or something, and you have more than two people for a meal, there are only two places to sit at the kitchen island. Otherwise, it's dandy. ”

“I would give pretty much everything 6 stars if I could. Can't beat the location and interior is 1 of-a-kind. ”

“It was truly the most easy going vacation rental I have ever booked. The owner was friendly and funny when appropriate. For those that actually use a kitchen, the kitchen was stocked with even extras for the curious. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood, the floor to ceiling full length of the livingroom and kitchen make the home view spectuctular - all God and Nature!!! It was just one of those truly lovely place that had a peacefulness to it that made it enchanting. Simply……
