“Nice floor plan with wonderful front and back decks. The property was clean inside and out with a few exceptions (behind drapes and in corners). Over all, the house is comfortable and functions well. A few updates would be nice such as screens on the windows and new screen sliding doors that close and lock. “House was good and beds were comfortable. Hottub was dirty and couldnt be used amd the doors onnthe house had to be pushed shut HARD to be locked (so just be aware) TV remotes didnt have batteries. The house served its purpose and wasnt dirty to the touch but the edge of the yard had a bunch of trash. Again, you get what you pay for so Im not complaining AT ALL but want others to.make an informed decision ”

“The place was not fully stocked. No glasses. No coffee supplies. No ice. Mish mashed towels that we were given one towel per bed. There were 5 of us. Upstairs is the living area/kitchen with insufficient seating. One bedroom downstairs.”

“I stayed here for a few days because my daughter was admitted to UC Berkeley, and she was invited to a few events being held at the school for admitted students. The location of this place is very convenient as it is a 14 min drive from UC Berkeley. However, you won’t be able to walk from this place to Berkeley because you have to take a minor highway to get to the university. Regardless, this is a beautiful home with everything you’d reasonably need for a short stay. The host also kept great……

“I don't have words to explain how gorgeous the whole experience was. From the booking (Owner is awesome) to the arrival (Inn keeper is THE sweetest guy) to the magical overnight, the camping room joy with kids, the speakeasy vibe, care, and accommodations.
